2. Service Description

ReviewManager provides AI-powered review monitoring and response generation for Google Business profiles. We draft responses — you approve before posting.

3. Free Trial

14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. After 14 days, payment is required to continue.

4. Payment & Billing

• Basic plan: $49/month
• Pro plan: $90/month
• Billed monthly. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
• No refunds for partial months.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You must own or have permission to manage the business profiles you connect
• You're responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before they're posted
• You must comply with Google's terms of service

6. Our Responsibilities

• Monitor reviews as described
• Generate AI responses using reasonable care
• Maintain service availability (we aim for 99.9% uptime)
• Keep your data secure

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is." While we aim for accurate, helpful responses, you're responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before posting.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We retain data for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes.
